On what basis is this done?

The privacy legislation stipulates that you as a data subject have a number of rights:

Right to information (articles 13 and 14 GDPR): we must inform you if we process data from you and inform you about the purposes thereof. That information is included in this privacy statement.

Right of access (article 15 GDPR): you have the right to access the personal data that we process from you as Controller.

Right to rectification (article 16 GDPR): you have the right to have us correct any inaccurate personal data that you process.

Right to be forgotten (Article 17 GDPR): you have the right to request that we erase your data, provided that we are not legally obliged to keep this data or have another legitimate reason to do so.

Right to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR): you have the right to obtain restriction of processing, for example if you doubt the correctness of the data.

Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): you have the right to receive the data processed by us from you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request that we transmit this data directly to another Controller. This only applies if we process your data on the basis of permission or the performance of an agreement.

Right to object (article 21 GDPR): you have the right to object to the processing of your data by us.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making / profiling (Article 22 GDPR): we do not use automated individual decision-making / profiling.

Nsecure always pays a lot of attention to the security of its services. To guarantee the quality of this, Nsecure has ISO27001 (information security) certification.
